He said that everything has a cause and effect, and everyone has blessings, but the size of the blessings is different.
The ceramic industry is changing too fast. Many familiar faces have faded out of the industry; many former bosses are now unemployed; many once-famous professional managers are now unemployed, and many who once held great power are being laid off.
More than once, when communicating with friends, I emphasized a point: life is a long-distance race, and whoever laughs at the end is the winner in life. It is not good to be too successful when you are young, and it is not good to make too much money when you are young. Because I believe that God is fair. You were too glorious in the first half of your life, but you will definitely suffer in the second half of your life. The first half of your life will make you miserable, but the second half of your life will definitely make you happy. Because everything is relative and everything has two sides.
Many of my friends are also well-known figures in the ceramics industry. Being a professional manager in some ceramic companies can be said to be one person below ten thousand people. You have to have the wind and rain, and hold great power. Therefore, you constantly eliminate dissidents, appoint your own cronies, and constantly engage in corruption and bribery. He kept doing whatever he wanted, and within a year or two, he was dismissed from get out of class.
I know a person in charge of the marketing department who was very prosperous when he was in office. He would appear as a leader in any situation he went out to. Most people would ignore him and ignore him. His high income made many people envious and jealous. I was laid off even if I didn't work for two years. Because when he was in office, he received too many kickbacks. Everything had to be beneficial.
Picture album printing, annual meeting execution, terminal post replacement, advertising rebates, and even business trips. I didn't pay for hotel accommodation, so I just asked the dealer to issue an accommodation invoice and return to the company for reimbursement. Now I am idle at home and have not worked for several years.
After all the blessings have been consumed, they will be idle at home. Because in this industry, the circle is too small. Every boss in the ceramics industry, as long as theyOnce you inquire about someone, you will know who he is as a person, what his abilities are, and what his past is.
Zeng Shiqiang, a master of Chinese traditional culture in Taiwan, once said something that impressed me deeply: "A person should not make too much money. If he makes too much money, his children will be very pitiful. Because everything is the same. There is a certain number. What everyone needs to do is to cultivate blessings for their children. This is why many rich people often have no concept of money, spend money lavishly, and are not very filial. There are many people who are at odds with their parents.
That’s why the saying goes: You can’t use all your power, you can’t enjoy all your blessings, you can’t take advantage of all your advantages, and you can’t use all your wisdom. Once something is done, it will turn out to be a good thing and a good thing will turn into a bad thing.
A good friend of mine is very enthusiastic towards people. No matter who asks him for help, as long as he can help, he is more serious than his own affairs, and he helps without expecting anything in return. Help people introduce jobs, introduce people to people, help people solve emergencies and solve problems, help people resolve disputes, and even take people they just met to do business. Others have achieved results, but he has not benefited at all, and he still enjoys his work. So, he often brought people he just met to my office. I said, don’t bring people I don’t know next time. As a result, he will still bring people he just met next time.
Although he has no business acumen, their family's business is getting better and better now. Because his wife started a tile adhesive business, many industry bosses supported him. So I believe: It is difficult for people to chase money, but it is easy for money to chase people. He has helped so many people, even people he just met, he can do his best to help, so the money is chasing him.
Bosses in the ceramic industry know very well which departments and positions are prone to corruption. The reason why he didn't pursue the case or conduct a strict investigation was that he turned a blind eye. In fact, in this case, every practitioner needs to reflect and review: because the more things that harm the company, the less good it will end. After all, the company has paid you a salary, but you still find ways to be a worm in the company, asking for cards from everywhere. How long can you work?
Especially in 2020, when the market is not going well, every practitioner needs to cherish the current platform.
Create performance for the company you work for, and create value for the company you work for. Don’t deprive yourself of blessings, but cultivate blessings for yourself.
