It is reported that the project is located in the Mission Hills Tourism Park in Haikou City, with a total planned area of ​​1,657 acres and a total planned investment of approximately 4.026 billion yuan. The first phase of the project will be officially launched in 2023. Put into operation.

The World New Energy Vehicle Experience Center project plans to build "four functional areas", namely the new energy vehicle display and sales area, the new energy vehicle experience track and ancillary facilities, and the new energy vehicle testing and maintenance area, automobile culture and leisure tourism area.

At the same time, "three centers" will be built, namely the automobile design and modeling center, the new energy vehicle technology research and development center, and the automobile testing and evaluation center.

In addition, there are "two platforms" for new energy vehicle public data and charging services, and "one community" (international talent community).

Not only that, the project will also achieve five major highlights after completion, namely the new energy CAR MALL, the collection exhibition hall, the racing museum, the round-island tourist highway station and the V1 International Circuit cum Luxury car brand experience center.

The World New Energy Vehicle Experience Center project will create a "tourism + new energy vehicle" innovative ecological park, which will be connected with the provincial round-island tourist highway and inn, and the Hainan smart travel/new energy vehicle public service platform. Combining and supporting functions such as car culture, car life, special tourism, smart travel services, and leisure experiences, it provides new experience services introduced by tourists and becomes Hainan's new car and tourism consumption center and new energy vehicle promotion base.
